The free presentation, authored by industry consultant Bob Copper, outlines essential action items to make self-storage customers feel welcome at the facility and provide them with the assistance they need to make their rental decision.

Bob Copper is the partner in charge of industry consulting firm Self Storage 101 a well as a self-storage owner. He is a well-known industry author, speaker and trainer, with books, webinars and videos available through the Inside Self-Storage Store.
