NAI Horizon, a commercial real estate company serving self-storage and other industries, announced six leadership promotions that honor the chosen employees for their commitment and dedication to the success of the firm, according to a press release. Denise Nunez and Russ Warner were promoted to managing director, while Lane Neville and Mark Wilcke are now serving in the role of executive vice president. Matt Harper and Mike Myrick are now senior vice presidents.
Nunez, who’s been with the company for six years, leads the Nunez Self Storage Group. She has more than 27 years of industry expertise and $210 million in total sales. She was named top producer in 2018, placed second last year, and has been in the top 10 for the past three years.
With the firm for nearly eight years, Warner oversees the Manufactured Housing Group, focusing on the disposition of self-storage facilities as well as RV- and mobile-home-park properties.
Neville has been with NAI for 10 years. He’s the brokerage team leader for the Investment Services Group and Special Asset Solutions Group. He was named the company’s top income producer last year, closing the firm’s largest transaction. Neville has been in the company’s list of top 10 producers for nine years.
With the company for 27 years, Wilcke specializes in industrial and land buyer and landlord representation. He’s a perennial top-10 producer, including in 2020 when he finished at No. 4.
Harper has been with the firm for nearly four years. He’s a member of the Retail Properties Group and focuses on leasing and sales. He closed 61 deals in 2019, the most that year, and was among the company’s top five producers in 2020.
With the firm for nearly two years, Myrick specializes in leasing and sales of office and industrial properties. He’s been involved in more than 500 million square feet of agency leasing transactions and more than $1 billion in leasing and investment-sales transactions. He currently acts in an advisory capacity to a national financial institution and has also worked for one of the largest private-equity funds.
